Returns

THERE ARE NO RETURNS/EXCHANGES ON ANY EMBROIDERED ITEMS.

You must contact us within 10 days of receipt of merchandise to obtain a Return Authorization. Return authorizations will be issued within approximately 48 hours of the request. NO RETURNS WILL BE ACCEPTED WITHOUT A RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER.

Items authorized for return must be received by us within 14 days of authorization date to qualify for any applicable refund amount.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL ON CLEARANCE ITEMS.

We reccommend using a shipping service that provides tracking and insurance, such as USPS Priority Mail, UPS or FedEx. We are not responsible for items lost in transit. Or you may come into any of our locations.

We reserve the right to a 20% restocking fee on any items returned for exchange. Shipping charges to return the items is the customers responsibility. Pricing difference for exchanges will be refunded or charged upon receipt of returned item(s) and shipment of the exchanges item(s). In addition, shipping will be charged to ship the new item(s) to you. It will be the actual cost to ship the new item(s).

ALL RETURNS MUST BE IN "SELLABLE CONDITION" FOR A REFUND TO BE CONSIDERED. Sellable condition means that the item(s) has not been laundered, worn or altered and must be in the original package witht the manufacturer tags attached. Item(s) must be free from all stains including, but not limited to, make-up, food, deodorant and pet hair. Item(s) must also be free of all odors including, but not limited to, smoke, food and pefume.

Refused shipments are subject to shipping charges and resocking fees.

ANY ITEM(S) RETURNED WITHOUT PRIOR AUTHORIZATION WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED FOR A REFUND OR EXCHANGE AND WILL NOT BE RETURNED TO YOU.
